Daytime Warming Center of Washtenaw County

We believe everyone deserves to have their basic needs met, including needs to be seen, valued and in community with others.  We are a space that supports houseless and housed people coming together to meet those needs during daytime hours. The Daytime Warming Center is a safe and welcoming space for all, particularly those who often face systemic injustice and stigma.

We have locations in Ypsilanti (freighthouse) and Ann Arbor (rotating churches). We are opening for the winter November 10th, 2025.
